Cancellation Policy
Generally we try to process orders within two business days (excluding Sat and holidays) whenever possible, so if you cancel the same day, we should be able to keep the order from shipping and have you refunded within 1-2 business days.
If you cancel order and the product has already shipped, we will attempt to have the carrier RTS (Return To Shipper) the product back to us, but this is not always successful and we will need for you to monitor the tracking to refuse the product if they try to deliver. Once the item is confirmed en route back to us, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Return Policy
We accept return in 30 days and appreciate communication in advance!
You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you send anything back. Any packages returned by buyer Without communication will not be handled. With RA#, we may address return issues with high efficiency. Without RA#, we may fail to find your transaction. Appreciate your understanding!
All returned items should be in the original packaging and you need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your Order ID.
Replacements or refund should be concluded before return.

The product comes with warranty, if you have any issue with the item within warranty, please contact us to address it.
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in all new IBESTWIN products.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any problems caused by
- Misuse of the product, including commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat and humidity.
- Modification or any misuse contrary to the intended uses of the product.
- Damage caused by other equipment.
- Consequential damage, incidental damages or any costs related to construction, setup and assembly as incurred by 3rd party involvement.
This warranty applies only to hardware products licensed and sold by IBESTWIN, any manuals, media or documentation are licensed and warranted where applicable pursuant to separate written agreement.
